1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

11 Account Termination & Closure

Gold4bet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, freeze, or close any member's account at any time if:

• The account is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse.
• The member is unable to verify their identity through the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• There is a directive from the relevant authority to close the account in question.

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, gold4bet reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses, promotional credits, and bonus-related winnings that have not yet been withdrawn. For actual deposit funds (non-bonus) remaining in an account closed due to a breach, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
